I haven't heard back from Tufts although I have been invited to schools with higher selectivity... I really want to do an interview at Tufts...

They said they would conduct more interviews starting in January. We were told they most likely wouldn't be holding anything in December because they are in the process of moving to the new floors.

I just dont understand why they conduct everything so late in the cycle....you would think your chances of obtaining top candidates for your school totally diminishes with such a late process....

so they don't waste time w/ ppl who have high stats that are interviewing for kicks.

but then there are ppl like me who have been to plenty of interviews, will hopefully get accepted in a week, have never been to boston, yet i prob wont even interviwe if i do get one because i will have gotten in somewhere else. FOr all I know, i would have loved the school and boston, but because of their late process, i prob wont even be giving them a chance.

Agreed...I've been to Boston and loved it, but since I'll [hopefully] already have an acceptance before I even hear from them, I will probably be missing out on everything they have to offer. 🙁

I agree, boston is an amazing city. I get both of your points, but the quesiton is if u get into ur state school (tufts is fairly pricey) or into a more prestigious school, where would you go?

I agree with you two. Not suggesting that I am a top candidate, but I agree with your ideology.
