Hey all,
I am having a very hard time in Botany, and as it is required for my major I was wondering if I should rethink it. I did very well in Bio 1 (basically living non-plant life) but I am TANKING botany. It seems the Professor really has an odd way of teaching he will skim over his slides and write on the white board but the tests are mostly over the slides which he barely lets us read and the mastering bio which not everyone owns. I was just wondering if it is normal for a bio/premed student to struggle with botany and if there are any study methods that y'all have found to work, as I am having a very hard time motivating myself to keep going after I got my first F and lowest grade since I have been in school (30, nearly died when I looked at the paper.)
