Having hard time converting grades to GPA (Canadian Student)

Hi all, I'm currently a student at the University of Waterloo and I'm planning to apply to some schools in the US this fall. I know that Optomcas said to use a conversion table on the back of my official transcript but there wasn't one. I've called Optomcas and they told me to call the registrar's office and vice versa--both have no answer. How did you guys convert your grades to GPA? Any Waterloo students in the same situation? Thanks!

Hello I am Canadian too. Registrar's told me to just input the grades as they are and if they have to be converted, OptomCAS will do it. I hope that helps.
