Having many different non-clinical volunteer experiences?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Better in the US than abroad. Longevity is looked upon favorably . You really need about 150+ hours and it seems like you are throwing stuff together at the last minute. ADCOMS will see the dates of your activities but there isn’t much you can do with all the stuff you have planned in the next few months. Have you thought about another gap year?

Do you think that it would be a problem if I had 60 hours in one place in the US and 50 hours in another place in the US? I'm moving around a lot before I graduate, so I'm running out of time to find these experiences.
If they are connected by a common theme, like teaching ESL, you might consider listing both experiences in one space (with the second Contact in the narrative) so the accumulated Total Hours will appear in one header. 110 hours has more impact that 50 or 60.

You’ll also need to look into the legalities of volunteering while studying abroad (my visa explicitly disallowed it)/rules of your program. But I agree, I’d focus on continuing your US experience this summer and once you get back (even better if you can go back to the same organisation).
