When I print preview my application, I noticed that my paragraphs, especially in my personal statement, were all bunched up into one, even though I separated them when I wrote it. Does anyone know how I can fix that? Am I suppose to use html comment codes to fix it, like <p></p>? Did anyone else had this problem?

I actually had the same issue when I printed my app. I called OptomCAS to make sure that this error did not occur with the sent out application. They confirmed that all my tabs/indents/paragraphs were as I had pasted. Feel free to give them a call as well. Good Luck!

Yeah, so they say... I just hope the admissions boards of individual schools are, minding this new application system, understanding about such formatting problems. My dashes were transformed into hyphens; my paragraphs, turned to one very long statement; and the "special characters" I used became substitutes found in profane language (élite --> ?lite — lol).
