This sounds dumb, but I kept waking up my last because of dreams I was having about my application. The last part before submitting says that any "false" information will be grounds for termination, etc... None of the stuff on my app were false, but I didn't put any contact references for any of the activities I put on my TMDSAS and AACOMAS (reason is because I couldn't really think of specific people to put). Will there be an issue with this? Do medical schools really require contact information??

And really for TMDSAS, I didn't have much space left in my description box to put any more info...

Hopefully I can get some sleep tonight! 😴

False information means deliberately false information. For instance, if you said you did an activity that you never did, that would be bad. Accidentally saying something incorrect, probably not as bad. As far as not including contact info, I don't know how adcoms deal with that, but I think the worst case scenario is they would just grill you on the experience in your interview to see if you really did it.

You should take up drinking. Relax. Seriously.
