Having trouble viewing images on "thepoint" for BRS physio?

Does anyone else have trouble viewing the images on BRS physio site when they take a test?

Whenever there is a question with an accompanying image, I click "view image" and then... nada it doesn't appear. I have this problem on both firefox and safari (use a Mac).

Any suggestions, or anyone else encounter this?

I had the problem at one point but I think it was during the "comprehensive" exam that is like 100 questions. When your login expires I think it stops drawing pictures up the database even if the questions are coming up with no problem. I'm just guessing though. Try to refresh the screen maybe too
