Can anyone explain to me what is this VA program that is available at tripler internal medicine? I thought it was a military program? Do you have to be on a special list like the HPSP to apply for it as a civilia? Is there a way to find a list of other VA programs like this one?

. You can apply and be a resident at Tripler as a civilian they have 1-2 positions for the internal medicine program like this a year
