Does anyone have any experience/information on working at an HCA hospital as a physician? I am curious to know how their for-profit and metrics-based system compares to non-profit hospitals.

As a person that interviewed at one and have 3 colleagues whom now work for them.

Run.

Just an example, when the pandemic hit, HCA stopped paying their money bonus during residency. Then when they called them out on it, their VP responded to them with circle talk and guilt trips.
