Sure you can. All it takes is an "accomodative" or "dovish" or whatever adjective you prefer federal reserve. Negative real interest rates bordering on negative nominal rates will lead to asset price inflation.......incuding real estate prices...... Also including equity prices. Also including.......wait for it.......Treasury bond prices. Yeah, gold too.
