Hi all,
First time poster here, but couldn't find an answer to my question elsewhere. Currently a H&N/microvascular fellow at an institution on the west coast, and in the process of interviewing for jobs back near family on the east coast. Are any east coast head and neck attendings able to offer insight on what a reasonable salary offer may be for a new junior faculty? I've had this discussion with my attendings out here, but realize the numbers vary geographically. Any help is appreciated.
