Head and neck texts

Hey all,

Just curious if anyone has any recommendations on texts for head and neck/reconstruction? One of my attendings uses Urken's book on flaps, but it's no longer in print and was hoping to find something similar.

any ideas?

Urken's flap book is the one to get. Don't know of any others than are as well known or as helpful.
