Academic headache practice - primarily my own headache patients with some separate procedure clinics + staffing residents once a week in general neurology clinic + 3-4 weeks inpatient. Salary is 225-250k. Lifestyle is good with clinic running from 8 - 4:45/5:00 usually. 8 total clinic sessions a week including procedures and resident clinic.
