Anyone else notice that the Podiatry Forum is with the Allied Professionals instead of Medical Forum? Even here "Podometry" thrives. Long live Podometry!

Podometry may be replacing Podiatry as we know it. A degree with DPM/MD will be a Podiatrist, and the 4 year Palliative degree will be a Podometrist at least thats the buzz. We are going back to the Chiropodist days, but this is a Compassionate way to term it. It will be easier for the current students to accept. Those who don't demand parity will be on par with Dental Hygentists.

Where was the source of the "buzz" printed? I highly doubt it was in the APMA News or JAPMA? Provide a credible source please...not just hot air.
