Not gonna say what program, but received a letter from the Chair of one of the programs I interviewed at...was positive, but I'm sure they all are...

I got two e-mails from interviewers at an anesthesia program in the NE (won't say which one) the day of my interview after I'd left. I e-mailed them back thanking them, so didn't write hand-written notes.

I got a nice to meet you note that was typed with my name handwritten (scribbled and misspelled) across the top over the type written greeting 'Dear Ms. Sugar'. It is nice to get a thank you note after writing like 300 of them in the last 3 weeks!

Got an email from one program's Chief Resident, addressed to other students who interviewed with me, stating that we're all gonna be ranked, yada yada yada, but that the order is strictly confidential. Was a nice email in that it thanked those of us who interviewed.
