Just dropped in to ask if any of you have come across cases where a person has an elevated heart rate of about 90 at rest for weeks (60 while sleeping) with no problems showing up on various tests such as ECG, ultra sound, x-ray, blood tests, 24h monitoring, genetics etc.?

Could it be anxiety?

Any input is appreciated!
