Hearth attack at age 31?

Hello,

My sister's husband had a heart attack 3 days ago. It has a trumb on the artery and the doctor said some muscle has died next to the heart.
that is all I know. My sister's husband is only 31 years old. Can you please tell me more about it. He was also working out 6 times a week and taking anabolic pills. Could that be a reason also?
