I was wondering if anyone has ever used Heine loupes, or is currently using them? what are you opinions about it. I recently tried it and compared it to surgitel, orascoptic and a few others, I felt like the clarity and lighting was much better than most, and as good as zeiss lenses? although it was on the heavy side.

anyone with any opinions? good or bad, i'd really appreciate it!

I saw these loupes at the Oregon Dental Convention a few weeks ago. They were some of the nicest that I saw at the convention. I would also like to know if anyone has tried these. I tried searching on dentaltown but not much was there. I am not sure I would buy them unless I talked to someone who had tried them and gave them a good recommendations.

Hey guys,
Im an australian dental student. In our year, more than half our class purchased Heine Loupes, they are by far the most popular loupes at our Dental School.

I personally own a pair of 2.5X and also purchased the LED light for it also, as did many others in our year.

They were the best value for money out of all the companies that came to demostrate their products, visual clarity is awesome, they are VERY light weight and they look pretty darn good too (Theyre white rather than black).

They also have brand new frames out right now which look better than any other on the market IMO. Unfortunately we all bought our loupes before these new frames were out, but the ones we have are pretty good too, just not as cool as the new ones 😉

I'd personally recommend them to anyone. Awesome bang for your buck.
