yes. it seems that there arou three mistakes in TS. this is one of them. you are right the Ksp is [Ba][Cl]2

Ksp is the solubility product.
For BaCl2 ---(Ba+2) + 2Cl-

Ksp = x (2x)2
Ksp = 4x3
