hello, looking for a little help

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, so sorry if this is against the rules here.

I have been searching online for a while now trying to find out what is going on with my cat but I'm still not sure at all, which is bad. I have a 3 year old indoor female cat that recently came in contact with a stray, she has what looks like a bite mark on her nose where skin was broken. She has been acting sick for about 24 hrs now, has mucus coming from her nose and is salivating to the point of almost drooling. I feel bad for my kitty and I want to help her, I can tell she feels like crap 🙁
