Hello, anybody here who is in 3rd year who already did a rotation through the VA hospital as part of their clerkship; did they require you to do a fingerprint FBI check?

The reason I asked is because I got a misdeameanor for tresspassing back when I was in college which has been expunged already.

Yes, they do require a fingerprint background check. Not sure if something that has been expunged will even show up on your record though.

I have no problem giving prints, I just want to be prepare. Anybody else want to share their experience?

Get ready to be shipped to Guantanamo...

I did rotations at a VA hospital system in MA and had to fill out the most ridiculous packets full of information and give my SSN plus fingerprints.
