Hey guys,

This is the breakdown... I got my test in 5 days.
My scores SUCK. I need a 240ish for me to get into where I need to.

I started at 196 on an NBME and moved to a 214 on another nbme. Uworld 1 - 226 and Uworld 2 - 232.

I am very sad about my scores. I know I have improved a little each time.. but it is not good enough.

I have done DIT, gone through FA 2x, My Uworld percentage 67% 1st time, and 79% 2nd time (50% done). I have done Review book Robbin - and 600q's in avg 76%.

I'm not what the F*ck is going on. According to %'s on qbanks - i should be atleast at a 240. Is it test anxiety (which i Do have) - i go back to the questions and pick up like 20q's for stupid mistakes the other 20- were hard or i didn't know.

Is 240 achievable? What do you guys think my current score is around?

Any help would be amazing.

People have been repeatedly telling me not to worry about that because most of the times it doesn't correlate all to well with the score.. NBME's for score correlation only. 😳

lol doesnt that mean hes even more screwed than he thinks he is since his NBMEs are further off his target

Well not really, since he's saying the same thing I'm saying, that is his qbank % isn't correlating with his NBME.

I think it'd be better for him to judge his performance from NBME. Ofcourse i'm no person to talk since I have no relevant experience (exam is in a month, doing horrible on UWorld lol).

Try getting in solid reads of FA before your test. Although 240 is gunna be hard to get, it isn't impossible.

I took the Free 150 at prometric and got an 82% - 242 (medfriends) and 238 (clinical USMLE)...

Hopefully my score is around a 230 - and i need 10 points to get the 240? or am I not even close to a 230?

from what i gather UWSA's overestimate by 10-15pts, especially UWSA1. i would maybe take another NBME
