Alright guys, I'm in the process of putting together a hopefully massive an all inclusive FAQ and wiki entry. What I would like from you guys is a list of all the common review sources to make sure I do not miss any.

Premier Review for Steps 2 and 3.

I havent heard that much about Premier Review for step 2 ck, but heard that it is good, but from my personal experience, rocked for step 3.... other than the ccs portion (which by the way I also learned a few invaluable pointers from the course for ccs also), which can be learned at www.usmlesteps123.com and first aid also for ccs. That combination with USMLE World mcqs can land you a very good score. Did in my case.

I thought USMLE World and Swanson's Family Practice were invaluable...

USMLE World mcq definitely for step 2 ck and step 3. Swansons is so so I mean its ok. Its good for things like Geriatrics and sports medicine, but overall I wouldnt use that book as a primary source for step 3. Its average at best.
