HELP about application Fee, Transcripts, LOR to individual schools?

So, on my list of schools, some require application fee to be sent at the SAME time as AADSAS application submission. What is this fee? I thought I am paying AADSAS thousands already just for using their service?

And some also want transcripts and even LOR send to them at the SAME time of AADSAS application? I thought those are uploaded and will be presented in front of them through AADSAS? what's the point of getting duplicated reports?

The other fee is called a secondary/supplementary fee (sometimes there is a further application with extra academic questions or essays) just to apply to their school. The AADSAS fee is just for the application itself.

Transcripts and Letters are covered with AADSAS, I've never heard of any school requiring duplicates immediately. You will likely have to send a final transcript prior to matriculation.
