hello guys
iam a 4th year medical student and iam from libya
we are studying obstetrics & Gynaecology now
in the final exam we have an OSCE mode in which a well trained lecturer play the role of the patient
i have to take a good history in less than 10 minutes and give a diagnosis
there is a doctor who is beside us and has a check list for questions that i have to ask
in each different case .
in the paper exam we have an mcq and emq systems.
so i need u to help me and guide me if there is a good simple osce books for medical students in gynae & obstet
also emq books .
i really need a help . thanks .

First aid for Step 2 CS should get you through your OSCE.

Unless you have to do a breast/pelvic exam. Then it won't help fully.

come on dude, this is ******ed.

look up any ob/gyn history and physical template, use common sense, and you'll get everything you need to ask. you need to ask about her OB history (gravidity, parity, birth methods of her children, term of each birth, any complications) and her GYN history (last menstrual period, first period, frequency of periods, days of bleeding, how much bleeding, sexual activity, birth control methods, exposure to hormonal methods in the past, domestic violence)

this isn't what makes the osce difficult.
