Congratulations to everyone that got an acceptance!

Well, I'm still waiting to hear back from schools... as of now I have one interview invitation, for which I'm very thankful.

I would like to hear from more schools but I just realized that a lot of the schools that I applied to require 2 english courses as one of their admissions requirements. I did take two english courses as an undergrad but one of the courses is listed under a different department and not english department due to cross-listing. I completely forgot to change the name. What should I do now??? Should I call/e-mail each school and explain the situation?

I would greatly appreciate your advices 🙂

Have all of the schools you applied to sent you "application complete" emails/letters?

I received 'application complete' emails from some schools and an interview invitation from one school...but I didn't get any response from NYU, BU, and Michigan (not even application received email). Should I call these schools and ask them about the status of my application and about the English prerequisite situation???

Missing 1-2 prerequisite courses would not prevent your application from being viewed by the admission committee. Just write a letter to the admission's office explaining the situation. And you can attach a course description from your school's catalog along with your letter.
