Found a bunch of cool ones on iTunes university. Downloaded and listened to them during a cross country drive once. Some cool ones are out of wash u st Louis. And check departmental websites too. Some webcast grand rounds...

Aren't they actually out of St. Louis University (SLU), not Wash U? I know when I interviewed there the program was really big on podcasting, technology in anesthesia, and simulated cases with a dummy robot guy.

EDIT: went back and confirmed, its indeed SLUniv. Dr. Tobias had put up a bunch of cool peds grand rounds lectures and they had a ton of CCM and regional stuff up at once. sadly, i cant find any of this stuff on itunes now, maybe dept web?
