The year i applied I had my file complete in early september - case put me on their alternate interview list for like mid-january. I ended up getting an interview in october because I called the secretary, talked nice to her, and she filled me in when someone cancelled. Case is a great school. Just call them and tell them how much you love them. Your stats are great: don't worry about a bad PAT score - it means nothing.

thx for your suggestions. When I went to schedule for an interview, the secrentary told me that they did not start interview students on the alternate list till March!!!!! 😱

When I applied to dental school, I had everything but my DAT scores in by August. They got my DATs probably in early October. My stats were similar to yours. I think I interviewed in October and November. Schools can start sending out letters of acceptance on December 1. Two of the schools I applied to sent me acceptances at that time. Four others putzed around in giving me an answer. Probably meant that I was on the cusp but they were waiting for some of those who were accepted to not send in their deposit. What I'm trying to say is that Case was one of those four schools and they didn't send send me a letter of acceptance until I made them think that they were my first choice. This may not always work and you may truly be on their alternate list. If so you may not be accepted until the first day of school or they may promise you a seat in the next year's class.

You need to fill out a FAFSA form and list all the schools you've interviewed at. It doesn't matter whether or not you actually get into those schools, just fill out the paperwork so that it will be ready if you DO get in.

you have a 3.7sciGPA and 21s on your AA and TS and they put you on THAT list? they must really stress the PAT (which, if i must say, is singlehandendly the most bumdiddly, useless section of any standardized exam out there). good luck with everything, you should be fine, you're obviously very bright in the sciences.

You need to fill out a FAFSA form and list all the schools you've interviewed at. It doesn't matter whether or not you actually get into those schools, just fill out the paperwork so that it will be ready if you DO get in.

I saw the deadline for the FAFSA is June, 2005. Do I have to fill that form as early as possible or as long as I do it before the deadline? thx 😍

even though got 21 in AA, I got 16 on my reading 🙁 so maybe that is y. I suck at english, not my first language 😛 I received invitations from other schoools as well. Hopefully I will get in at least one 🙂

Yes, when I looked at a version of the AADSAS book, it indicated that Case does rank RC pretty high. So I think that is one reason why you are given an interview for the alternates. However, with your overall scores, and if you do decently on the interviews, you should get in somewhere.

If you are not that good with english, you might want to do some mock interviews before your actual ones so that you won't get stressed out during the interview(s) and could not convey your information across!

Yes, the earlier you fill it out will allow you to possibly get other subsidized loans such as the Perkins.
