should i put in my other specialty letters as well along with my general (2 letters) to make 4 letters or no?

Try to get in at least 3 letters total. Guess which are your 3 strongest and go for it. Good luck!

Did you match to your advanced position? If you did, I don't think it would hurt given that people with advanced positions already in place normally get a preference.

I would still have at least 3 letters in there. I don't think it can hurt honestly. If I were in your position, I would make sure to have 3. What specialty are you applying for?
