Hey everyone,

I have a 3.5 science GPA because I didn't focus as much as I should have during my time at UCLA. I only got an A in one science course throughout my time there and it was in my last class when I finally realized how to f***ing study (got 2 Bs and the rest were A-/B+. Took 14 courses). My goal is to get into a top 30 school and I feel like my science GPA needs to increase. My cumulative GPA is a 3.75 and I got a 34P (12-11-11) on my MCAT.

Long story short, I wanted to take more science classes because I know I can get A's in them now because I am way more focused. Classes at UCLA cost 1500 each and it's too expensive, so I wanted to know how UCLA extension classes look on applications. Anyone have any idea?

Thanks for the help!

This is an old thread but in case somebody else had this question I'll answer it. UCLA Extension classes are viewed fine by AdCom so don't worry about its reputation. Focus on getting good grades and you'll be good to go. Classes at UCLA Extension cost around $550-650, which is significantly cheaper than regular UCLA class.

Hi could you give me some advise to decide between Physio X 401 and Physio XL 3? Which of the class will count toward BCPM for AAMC? Thanks.
