my boyfriend and i recently broke up. it's been a week, and im still sad. i cry every night 🙁

anyways, before we broke up, i didn't treat him too well. i was mean and cold to him, very unaffectionate. i kind of pushed for the break up, because in the beginning, i felt like i didn't want to be with him anymore.

now that it's over, i miss him a lot. what's wrong with me? why did i change my mind so fast?

i usually post on the premed allopathic forums... if anyone thinks this is really random. i thought since this is a psychiatric forum, you can understand what i'm going through. anyways, please be nice 🙁

Go see your general practitioner for a referral to a local psychiatrist if you feel you need help.

Ditto, talk to someone in person- like your family practitioner. If you feel really desperate call one of the crisis lines... take care.
