Help choose a course for DO pre-reqs

Opinions on which course I should take? A biology course to play it safe, or a Biochem course that will open up more school options and be a better prep for med school, but might not necessarily fulfill the requirement?

Actually, biochemistry will count for part of your biology or organic chemistry prerequisite for some DO schools.
