I cant give you specific numbers, but as a general rule you gotta know the 3 P's.... Pathology, pharmacology and physiology. Most questions will be based on those somehow. I had very very few questions on genetics. For anatomy you should read over high yield and that will be good enough. Forget abou biochem! i had barelyh any embryo. I dont remember histo, micro. I had a fair amount of behavioral science questions, especially personality disorder stuff. I hope that helps.

From most common to least common on my exam:

Pathology, Pharmacology, Physiology, Biochem/Mol. Genetics, Gross Anatomy/Neuroanatomy, Immunology, Micro, Embryology, Behavioral, Histo.

So in general, the low yields are embryo, histo, genetics? I'm trying to focus on certain subjects and make sure I'm not spending too much time on stuff that's not as common on the exam.
