School List:

BU - Bad reputation you can get in elsewhere
Case
Creighton - Remove; unsure how many OOS students get in there
Nova - tricky with their app process, I would put down another school instead
VCU (Instate)
Temple
Tufts
Oregon Health - Remove Very high GPA; around a 3.7 you probably won't get in there
USC - Remove - Very expensive and PBL isn't the best way of learning
NYU
UMKC (?)

I would consider the following schools: SUNY SB, Pitt, Minnesota, lndiana, Tenn, Louisville, UCSF, Oklahoma, SUNY Buf, Midwest AZ, Michigan, Maryland, UMDNJ, Tufts, Western. Your DAT will be very competitive at most of these schools and the state schools tend to interview over 10% of their OOS applicants. You didn't list your sGPA so I pulled schools from a 3.4 to 3.6 sGPAs and oGPAs.

Take out Oregon for sure. Umkc seems random for a Virginia resident. Take it out unless you have some connection.

I need some more advice~ I am planning to apply around 10-15 schools this cycle. I want to know which schools would be my best shot as well.

Here's my new list after I read comments on mine and other threads.
(With my stats, I should prob. consider applying more for better chance..)

USC
Michigan
Buffalo
BU
Tufts
Creighton
NYU
Case
Temple
VCU (Instate)
Pitt
Maryland (?)
Minn
Nova
Marquette (?)
Ohio State

* Would it be worth to apply Maryland?
* I heard Marquette is kinda leaning on religious background

Please help me edit my list.. How's Indiana, Lousville, and Tenn?

Buffalo........I don't get it people

Don't add Tennessee. They have an agreement with Arkansas to accept a certain number of their kids so the OOS numbers are deceiving.

Any opinion on Lake Erie and UoP?

Louisville and Indiana both seem to be pretty out of state friendly. I'd say you have a good shot at both of those schools.

Thanks!

I will def. apply to

VCU
BU
Tufts
NYU
Temple
USC
Nova
Creighton
Case
Lousville
Indiana
Pitt
Minn

Not sure of:

Maryland (Not sure if I even have a chance)
Roseman (Not much info on this school)
Michigan
Marquette (Is it true they lean on religious aspect)
Oregon
UMKC
Lecom
Iowa

Any comments would be appreciated !!

i have same RC score as you (16)

but i believe some schools have minimum RC scores.. NYU for example i believe...

Ya just make sure to check the websites/contact the schools to see what their cut offs are for RC. You wouldn't want to waste money on an application and realize that they didnt even review you because of the 16 on RC

Add UMDNJ and Buffalo on there as well.

Thanks for the comments!

I will call these schools on monday to ask if there's cutoffs on each section

Anybody knows anything of Roseman?

Also is it worth for me to apply Michigan, Maryland, Marquette, Oka?
