So my application and personal statement are complete. Should I go ahead and hit 'submit application' button now, or do I have to wait until Monday to do that?

If I can submit my application tonight, can I do so without saving all of the programs I plan to apply to?

I am basically just wondering if it takes a few days for eras to certify my application before I can actually apply to programs. I.e. If I submit now, is that smart so that my app will be ready to send to programs on Monday, or do I just submit and apply on Monday?

You can have everything ready, but if you try to certify and submit you will see "You will not be able to certify and submit your application until September 15th." Also, on the "Apply to programs" tab, you'll see that you cannot apply (until 9am EDT on the 15th).

I didn't get what you meant by 'without saving all of the programs' but you can save your program selection right now, so that Monday morning only involves the last steps of submission and payment. So just make sure everything is in place, and wait.

Programs will have access to your application immediately after you submit. They may not download them for a few hours, but they will be available immediately.
