Help!! exam in 6 days

"Mechanisms of diseases" and "Management" type questions are my weakest areas, I am getting lowest scores in these areas in NBME and UWSA,
Please help me in improvement of these areas, refer any book/qbank/videos
or bunch of questions related to them, exam in 6 days, very upset and frustrated. your cooperation will highly be appreciated.

I'm not sure what your study plan was, but review as much material as you can. QBank/Kaplan/Step Up to Step 2/Secrets are all good resources. Also practice test are a great opportunity to practice in a "real world" setting. Just take a deep breath! It is already a super stressful time, no need to increase your stress!
