I think you should have a large school list (30-35) if you can afford it--you're in a very unusual situation and it's best to have a broad net. Remove UWashington, they do not accept CA residents.

However, your list is top heavy. I'd stay to stick to this list if your GPA was 3.5 or 3.6, but 3.33/3.2 is really low. Are you a Spanish speaker? To be safe, I would add mid-tier schools with hospitals serving large Spanish-speaking communities.

Add Miami, Hofstra, Kaiser, BU, Brown, Einstein, Jefferson, GW, Temple, Downstate, Loyola, and Rush.
