Help finding a career in the medical field?

I am 19 years old and im interested in pursuing a career in the medical/health field but i am having trouble researching different careers that would suit me. I want to go to school for 6-7 years which narrows down some careers for me.
Do any of you members have any careers that would be suitable and based on personal experience you recommend or so ever? I am obviously going to do more research but I would like other peoples opinions onto more careers that i might not have passed.

You should write down a list of jobs that meet your 6-7 year preference. Physician assistant. physical therapy, occupational therapy. (I'm sure i'm missing some) If you can do 7 years after high school, there's no reason you couldn't do an 8th year haha; you should consider dental, vet and medical school. Shadow and see the lifestyles/jobs of any you think you'd be interested in and go from there!

Pharmacy is a viable option as well that no one's brought up yet

Medical school is only 8 years post high school. Think carefully before you choose to go the "easy" route. Weigh what you really want in life.
