Does anyone have a suggestion for a Spasticity and/or Focal Dystonia management specialist in NYC or the surrounding areas?

I would really appreciate any help with this through replies here or in a PM.

elie elovic at kessler is pretty good. his specialty is TBI, but he does a lot of botox work
