hi guys
I am recently graduated doctor *from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , I finished my internship 4 months back ..*
I am looking to get my residancy program in Irland ,, but I 'm lost*
I don't know how to apply ?*
What are the exams should I have to apply ?*
Should I contcat with hospitals directly ?*

I searched in the website ,, but I feel lost
alot of forms ,, and I don't know how to applay ..

according to which I read in the website , I should undergo 3 exams
one is assesment exame ,, then PRES 2 which is MCQ , then PRES 3 which is clinical

and what is after that ?

Yes, that correct about the exams. After clearing PRES you will be granted registration and you are eligible to apply for basic trainee posts (BST) and later HST.

Contact the IMC and start the process of PRES exams...thats the first step

Does a EU student and citizen need to do those exams in order to apply?
 
No, EU citizen who studied in EU dont need to pass these exam.

i recently graduated from a non EU medical school and iam not an EU national. Iam planning on completing my intern year in my home country as it is recognized by the Irish medical council.
Iwant to start my residency training in Ireland,the problem is i want to get a decent training programme in neurosurgery
I really want to know how hard it is and if its ever even possible to get into it?
 
Any comments on how hard is it to get into Basic Specialist Training program for general medicine? what about HST ?
Any critics about the training program?
