4.0 gpa, extensive shadowing and research, should be scoring 516+ on MCAT, lack of clinical volunteering, top 20 UG.

What should I be doing to make myself as competitive as an applicant going forward?

You need to get clinical experience and volunteer experience. If you can combo those two it would be ideal. Also leadership opportunities is always helpful.
