HELP!! - Interview skills

Those who got accepted after the interviews, what are your skills?
It seems like I really suck at interviews.. PLEASE HELP!
Do you try to smile the whole time and look enthusiastic?
Or.. just relax and be casual?
Were you guys very nervous during the interview and did you have trembling voice?
Even with good stats, if I can't pass the interview, what would my problems be? I'm having a serious of interveiws coming coz I have good stats, but I might ruin all my chances due to my poor interviews.
What should I do?

i used to suck at interviews a lot. But I overcame this weakness by practice. I learn from interview to interview. Be yourself. Be alert and be interested. Go over some of the common interview questions and write down how you would respond to it. Don't memorize word for word but get the gist of it so you don't stumble during the interview. Don't stress out and don't smile all the time because it would look very fake.
