help! last recommendation only got in this week!

I am looking for some advice/suggestions. While I took the DAT in September and had my applications completed in Oct.--my third recommendations was only sent this week.
Am i totally screwed? I have a 23 DAT, 17 PAT, 3.0 Science, 3.2 overall and 3 years work experience as a medicinal chemist.
I would be happy going to NYU--do I have a chance?

It is getting late in the game - was the LOR submitted to AADSAS? If so then it's gonna take them some time to send it out to your various schools, time which you don't have. If that's the case then look into having your recommendor send out a copy to each school directly, thus saving time and bettering your chances of gaining an interview. In regards to NYU, I can't imagine that they have filled their class by now so I think you have a fair shot at that school. Best of luck! 👍

Awwwl that is such a raggedy' deal, but who knows...I always believe all things work for the best 🙂 NYU you might have a shot. I don't imagine they're full at this point. Best bet, call the school.

theres always a chance, just send the LOR directly to the schools to get them there quicker.

I'm not sending out my $500 deposit to NYU so there's one spot open. This forum has revealed some dirty secrets about NYU so I don't think a lot of students that are regular to this forum would be going there. Don't give up, just yet. Wait...You are aiming for NYU...Have I done more damages than good? Oh, well.

I wouldn't be too worried. My app wasn't complete until a bit ago and I got an accepted a few days after it was complete. If you haven't been invited to interview it might be a different story though.
