Help: Low Grade in 2 prereqs

Hi everyone,

I am applying this 2021-2022 application cycle but have some concerns about my application. I have BSc and will be graduating with my MPH in August but am concerned because I received a C- in both Orgo 1 and Phys 1 when I took them in 2017. I am planning on retaking them this fall, however, because of covid restrictions where I am, class sizes are limited and I’m not guaranteed to get into the classes. Should I apply and just indicate somewhere in my statements that I am hoping to retake the courses?
here are my stats and experience:
DAT: 21 AA and TS, 18 Bio, 21 GChem, 26 OChem
Undergraduate GPA: 3.2 overall and science
Masters GPA: 3.98
Shadowing: 400+ hours
No research experience
