Help making a final decision!

Hi all. I am struggling making a final decision so I was hoping some people on this board could provide some insight. I am about to graduate with a 3.2 GPA and a 32S MCAT. I majored in biology and minored in medical anthropology. I have been accepted into both the Tufts MBS and Georgetown SMP program. My goal is to go to one of these programs for a year and hopefully start medical school immediately after. I see pros and cons to both programs:

Georgetown:
+ most well known and respected
+ classes are taken with medical school students
+ 50% of students receive an interview
- large class size

Tufts
+/- new program
- classes taken separate from medical school students
- 25% of students receive an interview

Can anyone add any more information or provide any insight into which program is best for me? Thanks a lot in advance.

If you're in at Georgetown I would go with Georgetown... Taking the classes side by side the medical students at the oldest, and most well known SMP will really help you in the application process. Everyone knows that Georgetown has an SMP, and what it means... Schools other than Tufts, might not have heard, ESPECIALLY since it is so new. I'd vote Georgetown...

Since both Boston and DC are expensive cities, cost can't be counted against either one.

With the reputation and program history, I'd say go with Georgetown. GU has ironed its program out, so it may not have the kinks of a new program like Tufts. You have a better shot at an interview at GU as well.
