I would scrap Loma Linda and Harvard
Harvard, Columbia, and sort of Penn are up in the air without a DAT score. Technically, they all are. But you seem like a nice guy, so I'll assume at least a 19+ with no sections below 18.
I only checked doc's spreadsheet, so you'll have to verify. But I gather this about your AP physics. Boston, Tufts, Rutgers, NYU, Pitt don't take AP pre-reqs. Western and Loma take AP for only the English pre-req.

Well if you are from CA you might as well apply. The only negatives I see is their secondary is a pain, they tend to mostly accept people of the faith of evangelists, but besides those things I've heard they are great at what they do. So I say not to apply b/c $$ and pickiness.
Ohh Harvard - sure apply, but only if you get a 22+ DAT
