Help me decide on Plan to Enroll

I was pulled off a waitlist this morning for an instate school with their deadline for "Plan to Enroll" as April 30th. However, I am still on the waitlist for a school that is 20 mins away from home, and want to see what happens. If I select "plan to enroll" for this school that I am accepted to, does this decrease my chance of getting pulled off of from any of the three other waitlists that I have? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
