Do MD/MBA and get into administration field of health care, especially management and stuff or get into health insurance, its big money and No "OR" with a clean environment as u wanted!

DO/MBA would be a great option too. Most DO school are cheaper then MD school so you get an equivalent degree for less cash. There is also the nursing options as well or good old PA school I bet there is a PA/MBA degree some place. If not you could do one after the other. Also there is Pharmacy/MBA if you would rather sell drugs out of a hospital setting. Lots of options.

is there a way where i can still practice medicine...maybe a list of a few specialties...

also regarding the md/mba
can i have a list of jobs right out of school and average salary...
