General A healthy man
CC: Nodule on palate
Present illness: No pain, irregular form ,not smooth
Past medical : No serious illness, No take any medication, No drug allergy
E/O : WNL
I/O : a single white pale pink papillary nodule, Cauliflower-like, at palatal mucosa at area 17 (Junction of alveolar mucosa and palatal mucosa) size about 5 mm. indiameter, firm in consistency, no pain, no tenderness

I can't open your pictures but it sounds like it's probably a papilloma. It sounds awfully close if not on the soft palate, and the most common lump lesion occurring on the soft palate is a papilloma (HPV 6 and 11). You may want to re-post in the oral path section of DentalTown.
