hey guys i just submitted my application on 25th of july, ive already sent in my DAT scores and evrything in my application but the Rec letters im gonna mail it to them in a month or so. I was wondering if i filled out the app a little to late? let me know what are my chance, GPA: 3.2 Sci:3.1
DAT: AA:22 TS:23. i also applied to 18 schools

This thread should help answer your last question. Seems like even with a decently high DAT of 21,20,22 and sub 3.x GPA can still get you rejected which makes me scared cause my DAT scores aren't that much higher (21,21,25) and my GPA is in the 3.x range.

As for the app being early or late, right now its neither but keep in mind that its been 2.5 months since the cycle opened and people are starting to get interview invites already. Get those LORs sent in fast cause that will be the delay in admissions reviewing your app!
